A Sweet Meriam’s Farm CSA member started the ‘Three Sister’s Buying Club’ to provide members with convenient access to a wide variety of fresh, locally-produced foods. The buying club identifies sustainable or locally produced food sources and partners with the farmers & producers so they can market directly to the club members. Products include organic milk, pastured eggs and poultry, artisan breads, meats, cheeses, salsas and herbal soaps. Items such as honey, maple syrup, fruits, vegetables and other seasonal products are offered as they become available. The buying club coordinates the member's orders and payments, collects the food from area farms and businesses, and delivers it to one of several central delivery locations. Sweet Meriam’s Farm is one of the drop-off sites for the buying club.
